Welcome Sara!

We are delighted to announce that Sara Lupkas has joined the Concord Land Conservation Trust as our new Executive Director!
Sara brings many years of experience in land conservation, organizational leadership, stewardship, community partnerships, and fundraising. Most recently, she served for six years as Stewardship Director at the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust, where she helped lead conservation strategy and stewardship operations across more than 1,000 acres of protected land. She previously served as Executive Director of the Radnor Conservancy in Pennsylvania and has additional fundraising experience from Brown University’s Division of Advancement. Sara also holds a master’s degree in sustainability from Harvard University’s Extension School.
We are thrilled to welcome Sara to CLCT, and believe her conservation expertise, collaborative leadership style, and deep commitment to community engagement will be tremendous assets as we build on CLCT’s strong foundation and continue protecting and caring for Concord’s treasured natural lands.
Sara shared, “I’m grateful and excited to step into this role with Concord Land Conservation Trust. I look forward to working alongside CLCT’s trustees, staff, members, volunteers, and community partners to protect Concord’s remarkable natural landscapes and ensure they remain a lasting resource for generations to come.”
Please join us in giving Sara a warm welcome to CLCT. We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to all that lies ahead!
