Land & properties

Please be mindful that if the parking lot is full or the trail is crowded, head to one of our other properties to enjoy a walk in nature. We have listed our Guidelines here. Check out The Lands page of our website for other properties and trail maps to explore in Concord.

All of this land will be protected from development and remain in its natural state forever; once property or a conservation restriction on property is acquired by CLCT, it is never relinquished. An affiliate, the Concord Open Land Foundation (COLF), was founded in 1988 to engage in conservation transactions where the land acquired, or a portion of it, may be subsequently sold or swapped

The Concord Land Conservation Trust owns over 900 acres of land in Concord, all of which is open to the public.

A gift of Land

As the year 2020 ended, the Land Trust was pleased to receive a gift of land from Elizabeth (Libby) Corey Bourquin: a small but lovely parcel on Barrett’s Mill Road.
